Medications- not an extended list but can use them

Oral- to send home

Nausea/vomiting
       Zofran-  4 mg 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed


Pain
       Hydrocodone-acetaminophen- comes in 5/323 mg or 7.5/325 mg or 10/325 mg
               One or two tablets every 4 to 6 hours as need for pain
       Oxycontin- 10 mg every 12 hours as needed for pain

       Tylenol liquid for children-

       Ibuprofen liquid for children-

Antibiotics
     
         Amoxicillin- Ear infections, pneumonia, gonorrhea, bladder infections
        Augmentin-sinusitis, pneumonia, bronchitis, infections of skin
        Flagyl-liver abscess, diverticulitis, trichomonas (std),
        Cipro-diarrhea due to infection, typhoid fever, uti, diverticulitis, respiratory tract infections
        Keflex-pneumonia, bronchitis, ear infections
        Bactrim DS-urinary tract infection, MRSA
        Zithromax-ear infections, troat, tonsils, respitory infections

 IV Medications

Antibiotics- really just pick one

     Rocephen

     Penicillin

     Levaquin

     Vancomycin _only for serious infecitons
