Stomach pain

Here are a few different stomach pain ideas
   Start all of them with vitals- blood pressure will be elevated with pain


Vomiting and/or Diarrhea -
    labs, cbc, cmp, (this is where electrolytes will be low)
    start iv
    can get dehydrated give iv fluids of Normal saline
    give iv Zofran for nausea and vomiting
    Diarrhea give Imodium

 General stomach pain
      can do xray or ultrasound depending on what you are doing a scene for

   Blocked intestine- ct scan, labs, iv fluids, antibiotics might need hospital stay and surgery

   Gallstones- CT Scan, labs,  iv fluids, iv pain medication such as morphine., surgery,

    Diverticulitis (infection of the bowels) - ct scans, iv, iv fluids, antibiotic iv, hospital stay,

   Kidney stone (really hurts)- ct scan, lab work, iv fluids, iv antibiotic, pain medications
   Appendicitis-CT scan, labs, iv, iv fluids, iv pain medication, iv antibiotic, surgery
